| masked vendors During his travels through Bolivia, Phil Clarke-Hill started taking photos of the various street vendors hed see. Due to the social stigma of street vending in Bolivia, many of the vendors wear masks to hide their identity the resulting images give off a black market feel as youre doing business in some dark alley. Check out his series, entitled, Lustrabotas.
